Distributions Lists

Recording a Name for the Distribution List: NOTE: This is a one time step for creating a name for the distribution list. - Distribution list mailboxes can only be created by Telecommunication Services. List maintenance will be performed by the user assigned to the mailbox. - The mailbox number of the distribution will be assigned by Telecommunication Services

1. Access the mailbox from the mailbox where the list is controlled (__________).
2. Once logged in, dial 322.
3. When prompted to enter a mailbox to record a name for, dial (__________).
4. Follow the prompting. This will record a name for the mailbox.

Recording a message to the Distribution List:

1. Access the mailbox from where you will record the message (__________).
2. Once logged in, press 2 to record a message.
3. When prompted to enter a mailbox number you wish to record a message for (__________).
4. Follow the prompting to record the message and then send.
